  • September  Meeting – end Passport  sales, money due to Travel Agent/Treasurer
  • January 15th – Travel Club Passport Participant info & Application deadline
  • in November – guild representatives collect Passport Validation Page to send in for the December QCNYS meeting

FOR PASSPORT HOLDERS

  • December 1st – Mail in deadline for Passport Validation Page
  • December Membership Meeting – Travel Club Passports go on SALE
    Travel Club Passports to your guild members, quilt friends and anyone you want to encourage to attend quilt shows, quilt shops and quilting events!
  • December Membership Meeting – Year-end Grand Prize drawing
