Business 1 – a quilt related storefront business with employees
Membership Dues $65.00
Renewal due before October 31st – $65.00
Renewal paid after November 31st – $70.00

Business 2 – quilt instructors, long arm quilters, fabric dyers, etc. with no employees
Membership dues $45.00
Renewal due before October 31st – $45.00
Renewal paid after November 31st – $50.00

TRAVEL CLUB PASSPORT
$35.00 for Full page ad is 4.25” x 5.5”
$25.00 for Half page ad is 4.25” x 2.75”

Due to popular demand, we have included this option.
If Yes, you agree to provide a $25 Gift Card or Merchandise to be included on the Shop Hop Passport page to the Travel Club Committee for use as a prize.

The business card will be displayed in the Membership Directory and rotated in the newsletters throughout the year.
Profile Picture will be used in the Membership Directory - it can be a picture of you or something that represents your business.
