ROAD TRIP IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Travel Document Information:
Canadian law requires that all persons entering Canada carry proof of citizenship and identity.
A valid U.S. passport or passport card or NYS Enhanced Drivers License satisfies these requirements for U.S. citizens.  You will be responsible for return transportation at the border if you do not have the required documentation.

PAYMENT INFORMATION 
$200.00 non-refundable deposit

  • $350/person – Fee will cover double occupancy hotel, bus and 2-day show entry. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel. Participants will be responsible for all other meals. (When paying in full, includes $200 non-refundable down-payment to secure your reservation.)
  • $475/person – Fee will cover single occupancy hotel, bus and 2-day show entry. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel. Limited availability. Participants will be responsible for all other meals. (When paying in full, includes $200 non-refundable down-payment secure your reservation)

APRIL 18 – Registration closes. Payment in full (includes non-refundable down payment) is due .

  • 8:15 am bus leaves Syracuse

Bus 1 Stop B

  • 9:15 am bus at pick-up at Victor Kohls Parking Lot, 439 Commerce Drive (off Rt. 96), Victor, NY
  • 9:30 am bus leaves Victor

Bus 1 Stop C

  • 10:00 am bus at LeRoy pick-up LeRoy Park and Ride, 7797 S. Lake Rd., Bergen, NY
  • 10:15 am bus leaves LeRoy

Bus 1 Stop D

  • 10:55 am bus at Buffalo pick-up 6650 Transit Rd, Buffalo
  • 11:10 am bus leaves Buffalo

ARRIVE CANADA
1:40 pm bus arrives at The International Centre, 6900 Airport Rd, Mississauga, Ontario
(Arrival time dependent on border crossing)

BUS 2 Auburn, Ithaca, Horseheads

Bus 2 Stop A

  • 7:30 am bus at Auburn pick-up Onondaga Coach Corp., 7659 North Street Rd., Auburn, NY
  • 7:45 am bus leaves Auburn

Bus 2 Stop B

  • 8:35 am bus at Ithaca pick-up Home Depot 410 Elmira Rd, Ithaca, NY 14850

Quilt Canada Road Trip - Registration

Thursday, June 19th – Friday, June 20th
International Centre, Mississauga, ONTARIO, CANADA

Required: Medical Insurance Card and a valid passport or passport card.

Don’t forget a BIG tote bag for all your purchases!

Registration Information:

Check with your provider for fees that may apply to talk/text while in Canada.
Friends and family are welcome to participate, membership is not a requirement.
First and Last Name
If you do not have a roommate, one will be assigned.

This is the person we will contact in the event you have a medical emergency that requires hospital care.
This should be the best phone to use any time of day or night.

Bus Locations and Times

Pick-up and return locations are the same. Pick-up and drop off times will be sent to you via email as the time gets closer.
Don't get left behind... arrive at your stop 15-30 minutes before departure time!
Buses depart 15 minutes after boarding time. DO NOT BE LATE!
