ROAD TRIP IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Travel Document Information:
Canadian law requires that all persons entering Canada carry proof of citizenship and identity.
A valid U.S. passport or passport card or NYS Enhanced Drivers License satisfies these requirements for U.S. citizens. You will be responsible for return transportation at the border if you do not have the required documentation.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
$200.00 non-refundable deposit required to secure your reservation.

$350/person – Fee will cover double occupancy hotel, bus and 2-day show entry. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel. Participants will be responsible for all other meals. (When paying in full, includes $200 non-refundable down-payment to secure your reservation.)
$475/person – Fee will cover single occupancy hotel, bus and 2-day show entry. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel. Limited availability. Participants will be responsible for all other meals. (When paying in full, includes $200 non-refundable down-payment secure your reservation)

APRIL 18 – Registration closes. Payment in full (includes non-refundable down payment) is due to reserve your space.
Payments after these dates will not be accepted.

Please arrive at your bus stop 15-30 minutes in advance of departure!

Specific location and time information will be posted and emailed as soon as bus companies confirm locations.
