This year’s show will display 250 quilts, with quilt vendors, a cafeteria on site, and ample free parking. There will also be lectures at 1:00 each day, from Barbara Graceffa on Saturday, and Barb Vedder on Sunday.
The show will take place on April 25 and 26, at Fulton Montgomery Community College in Johnstown, New York.

The Schweinfurth Art Center (SAC) is named after Julius Schweinfurth, a Boston architect who left funds to build an art Center in his hometown of Auburn. The facility opened to the public in 1981.
The Schweinfurth hosts 3 art galleries, a wet studio, clay studio, sewing studio, and 2 multipurpose classrooms.
Our mission is to provide creative opportunities and transformational experiences through the arts for all people. We do that by hosting more than 12 exhibitions each year, free public events, and art classes and workshops for youth and adults at every level. We present exhibits of contemporary art in a variety of media with an emphasis on providing opportunities for regional and emerging artists. We are known nationally for our emphasis on fiber arts.
We host a two-week art quilt conference, Quilting by the Lake, that is taught by nationally recognized artists every summer, and our annual “Quilts=Art=Quilts” exhibition is one of the top juried art quilt exhibits in the country. We also offer intensive 2- to 5-day Studio Schweinfurth workshops, also taught by nationally known artists.
The Schweinfurth’s galleries are open Wednesdays – Saturdays from 10am-5pm; and Sundays from 1-5pm.
Please note: the Art Center is closed to the public during exhibit installations and these holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas. The Art Center closes at 2 pm the day before Thanksgiving and on New Year’s Eve Day.
