Creative Collage by Judy Fenton

Class Date & Hours:  Saturday, September 19, 2026, 2:00PM – 6:00PM
Class Location: Tomion’s Event Center, 200 Route 14A, Penn Yan, NY
Class Description: Spend a few hours with a dynamic teacher, Judy Fenton, learning collage quilting.  No sewing machines or irons required!!  We will be completing a 10-inch square project ready for you to sew when you get home.
Class Cost:  $50.00 (includes the kit with fusible material already applied.

The Creative Collage class is being held immediately following the QCNYS Quarterly Meeting. If attending the Meeting, you must register seperately.  You may attend the class without attending the meeting.

Supplies:  A kit with fusible material already applied is included.  Additional class items will be sent upon registration.
Registration: opens June 10th, closes when 40 people have registered (first-come, first included!)  You must complete the online form below!!

About the Teacher:  Judy Fenton, owner of Millcreek Sewing & Fabric for 29 years and Needle in a Haystack Quilting Retreat, has been teaching all over the US and on cruises for 25+ uears.  Education is her passion.

As the coordinator of many regional events over the years (Quilting Around Chautauqua, Quilting on the Bayfront and most recently Learning on the Lake), you will be assured that Judy and the team at Millcreek that you will enjoy a great program.  Judy loves creative quilting projects and has a motto of “sometimes, a pattern is just a mere suggestion.”  She will have you dabbling in a bit of your own creativity as she walks you through a creative collage quilting project.  Judy is an advanced Laura Heine Certified collage teacher.
